Soy Non Dairy Protein Powder
Soy protein contains all the essential amino acids unlike other plant based protein powders. Soy protein powder has it's advantages, but its not guaranteed to affect everyone in the same way that takes it. While all proteins have the ability to add to muscle building and increase the effects of weight/resistance training, there is not as much research associating pea, hemp or brown rice protein powders with positive gains in lean muscle mass, strength and power or with improved body composition simply because soy, whey and casein are more commonly studied.
