Bone Broth Protein Powder

Bones have a variety of important nutrients that become released when they are slowly simmered in water for a few hours.  These nutrients include bone marrow which helps provide the raw materials for healthy blood cells and immune development. Bone Broth Protein is high in type 2 collagen  and also contains vital minerals, including potassium, magnesium, calcium, selenium, glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin.  It is also high in glutamine and proline. These are amino acids that support the digestive system.

Soy Protein Powder- non dairy protein powder

Soy protein is the closest  vegetable protein that most resembles the amino acids of dairy proteins like milk and whey and is hence a very popular non-dairy alternative protein. The soya bean is a legume that contains no cholesterol and is naturally low in saturated fats. Soya beans are the only vegetable that contain all 8 of the essential amino acids. Isolated soya protein is also easily digested by the body with a digestible rating of 95-98%.

Best Non Dairy Protein Powder

Lactose intolerant? or just want to avoid milk/dairy? Finding a suitable protein powder can be a daunting task. Whey and casein are the 2 most common protein powders, and both are derived from milk.  Fortunately, there are various options out there that are not derived from the white stuff. But another set of problems is created. Which one do you use? Which is the best non-dairy protein powder? As in many cases, “best” is a hard thing to determine. What is “best” depends mostly  on your specific needs and preferences. Here are some things to consider: Allergies: Soy protein. This is a very common non dairy protein powder, and is a great alternative for many, but it also can have a risk for allergy is some.  Non Dairy protein powder cost: non dairy protein powders are typically more money than the whey protein.

Soy Non Dairy Protein Powder

Soy protein contains all the essential amino acids unlike other plant based protein powders.  Soy protein powder has it's advantages, but its not guaranteed to affect everyone in the same way that takes it.  While all proteins have the ability to add to muscle building and increase the effects of weight/resistance training, there is not as much research associating pea, hemp or brown rice protein powders with positive gains in lean muscle mass, strength and power or with improved body composition simply because soy, whey and casein are more commonly studied.
